Disposal costs to $ 1'000. - per m³ as well
as the law which are forces us to
separately dispose sludge and and filter aids
(paper, fleece) prescribe, force us to reorient one's opinion in this area.
The modular build, inclined bed band filter systems, made by
POSITECH AG are runnig without filter aids such as
fleece, paper etc..
POSITECH continuous band filter systems operate seal-free, the band washing
water together with possible leakage, are fed back on the filter system.
The sludge stripping mechanism can be choosen depending upon application (scraper,
engine brushes). This guarantees an optimal delivering of the resulting
sludge.
Inclined bed band filter
systems of the series
PTX 25 - PTX 1000
are made in metal (normal
steel, stainless steel)
POSITECH band filter
systems without fleece are used for the filtration of
Waste water
process water
machine cooling liquids
cleaning fluids
acids
POSITECH band filter systems
without fleece made in steel, stainless steel (inox) or plastic (polypropylene,
polystyrene).
Inclined bed band filter
systems of the series
PTF 30 - PTF 1000
are manufactured in
plastic (PP or HP)
With the fleeceless operation of the POSITECH inclined bed Band filter, a
fine-mesh filter tissue (plastic, metal) is used as filter. The quality of the
filterprocess depends on the mesh of the filter tissue, it be up to approx.
50µm. The sludge remaining on the filter tissue is transported and stripped over
a drying process distance.
Whether as ' island
' - solution, or in the central preparation system,
whether 50 ltr/min or 5'000ltr/min: POSITECH band filters without fleece offer
the optimal solution to you.
user friendly: Not only a
word
delivered with non-standard
tank dimensions / volumes, inclusive feed pumps and electrical control in
accordance with our customer specifications
Those are your personal advantages:
have fewer disposal costs
costs of expendable material are omitted
inclined bed band filter is shortly amortized
grade of filtration can be varied
Mode of operation, simply -
surely - patent :
The dirty liquid 1 is led on the filter tape
2 of the POSITECH of band filter.
On the filter tape 2 dirt particle are held
back. The filtered liquid is collected between the filter tissue 3 and runs off into the filtrate tank 4 .
By the filtrate tank 4 the liquid is pumped back on
the processing machine for renewed use 10
By the accumulation of mud on the filter tape 2 this,
the level of the fluid becomes more impermeable. The level 5 rises.
The filter tisue 2 is automatically forward
transported. Due to the new, clean filter tissue pulled into te filter area,
the filter lake lowers itself again.
With the forward feed of the filter tape the slutge is brought at the same
time on the dry section 6.
The points 4-6 repeat themselves, the actual filter process run absolutely
fully automatic.
As soon as the (now relatively dry) sludge reaches the highest point of
the filter tape, it is stripped, sucked off by means of a thought out device 7
or brushed off by turning brushes and deposited in the trash can.
Sludge-rests, remaing on the Filterband, is cleaned with liquid from the
filtrate tank by means of tape rinsing nozzles 8.
The cleanigfluid is led in a separate tank 9 and
pumped from there again on the filter aerea 2.
