The liquid which needs to be filtered is led on the filter
fleece course. The solid (dirt-) particle in the fluid are held back on the
filter fleece. The cleaned liquid flows into the basin and can be derived
from there back for re-use or for disposal. The sludge remaining on the
fleece form a filter cake. If the density of the filter cake prevents the
fluid from passing, then the filter cake as well as the fleece is
transported automatically into a waste basin. The whole process is running
continuously and fully automatic, without the flow of the fluid is
interrupted.
